The Staging Process
Step 1
Consultation - We begin with a phone call to discuss your project and goals, followed by a detailed walkthrough of the property to review its layout and specific needs. We take notes, photos, and measurements so we can create a custom staging plan tailored to your home and your market.
Step 2
Based on the walkthrough, we’ll create a detailed estimate and staging plan tailored to your home and goals. Once you approve the plan, we’ll move forward with staging your space.
Step 3
Once a date is agreed upon, we’ll install the project by bringing in curated furniture, accessories, and decor, then arranging everything to create a warm, inviting, and market-ready space. We handle all the details, layout and styling—so your home is beautifully staged and ready to show!
Step 4
Once your contract is signed and your closing date is confirmed, we’ll schedule a convenient time to return and remove all staging items, leaving the home clean, empty, and ready for the next chapter.
